Hey guys! I know I’ve been away for the longest time but I haven’t been feeling up to blogging since my laptop went bad on me. Yes I know I can use my phone but I just prefer using a laptop, it is what it is lol. Anyways, I’ve decided to put in effort to be more consistent on here, laptop or no laptop so let’s see how that goes.
I got invited to try out some dishes from Legacy grill’s new menu and it was quite a pleasant experience. NB Legacy Grill started off with just shawarma about 2 years ago but over time they’ve added more items to their menu and moved to a bigger space.
It’s located at No 7 Bose Enemenoh Close, Ikoyi Lagos.
It’s a spacious outdoor spot with simple decor, perfect for family and group hangouts.
The owner told me he plans on adding a suya spot and a bunch of other things so it’s still a work in progress.
They hold special events Friday/Saturday nights so you might want to keep an eye out for that on their Instagram @Legacygrill
For drinks, I had the Baby Boy and Legacy Trace Cocktails. I could barely taste the alcohol and i didn’t feel it afterwards, coming for someone that one cocktail should be her limit lol! so you should probably ask them to make it strong if you like to taste/feel your alcohol.
For Food, I ordered the Japanese Way (Japanese Chicken and Signature Rice with Concasse Sauce). Like they said on their menu this truly bangs.
The rice with sauce was nice but the chicken did it for me, a juicy delight
I also had the Birdie (Fusion BBQ Wings with Fries).
I was told the menu was temporary so I didn’t see the need to upload, will do that when i visit again to try their shawarma.
The waiters were nice and polite and the food didn’t take too long.
None that I noticed
Japanese Way – 3500
Birdie – 2500
Baby Boy – 3000
Legacy Trace – 3000
That’s all for the review guys! Have you visited Legacy Grill before and what was your experience? If you haven’t, will you be visiting soon? Never heard about this place before today? Let me know in the comment section below
